Sharples Group has this month appointed public relations firm Charlton Consulting, to assist them with their internal and external communications.
Charlton Consulting is based locally in Fearnhead and was taken on initially to help the business update the text for their new website. The website is now up and running and the PR consultant has been taken on to advise the company on communications as a whole.
Judith Charlton from Charlton Consulting says, ‘We will work with Sharples Group to help them to communicate their messages to their key stakeholders. Our aim is to build strong internal communications for Sharples and help them to engage with everyone working in the company whilst also promoting the company to the outside, this will result in an enhanced awareness of the business and what they do and ultimately an increase in profitability.”
Sharples Group will be working closely with Charlton Consulting to achieve the desired outcome and is looking forward to a more focused and motivated workforce who clearly understands the corporate culture and the direction in which the business is moving. The consultant will also ensure that all PR opportunities are maximised in order to promote the business externally.
