All equipment supplied by us has a service telephone number and website with it and this is all that is needed to request service or support from our team. When you log a service call we will utilise our network of fully-trained engineers in order to resolve your fault.

Our average response time to service calls is two and a half hours and all of our service calls are dealt with in a maximum of eight hours. Our highly trained engineers have a comprehensive stock of spare parts which means almost 99% of calls are resolved on a ‘first time basis’.
