Using the SIMS.net Connector, hard copy documents can be scanned, indexed and attached to a record according to the correct focus group, removing the need for corridors of filing cabinets and endless drawers of difficult to manage records. Documentation can be placed exactly where you want it, in areas and sub areas that have already been created e.g. medical conditions, achievement, exclusions or behaviour. The document now lives as an electronic file and users are safe in the knowledge that it can be easily recovered without having to hunt through endless filing cabinets.
